By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms of service.
Payment is done via Paypal invoices to the customer's email.Commissions are to be paid after the completion of an initial sketch and its confirmation by customer. In payments over 100 EUR, I allow splitting the payment into 2 parts, one paid after the initial sketch, the other after a preview of the completed piece.Completed or partially processed commissions are not refundable.After completion, you will receive a PNG of the completed file and a PNG of the lineart. Alternative colour or dithering variations are available upon request. Alternative post-processing variations that don't require further rendering work are free of charge.I offer a consultation & research fee option for customers who would like to receive a custom, fully researched historical or fantasy design with none or minimal references provided.
Character references should include: a picture of their face or face reference, a picture of their design or outfit, any preferred poses, any further details to be included. A short, comprehensible and informative text description is an acceptable alternative.For customers interested in a consultation & research, provide a direction or sphere of interest within which you would like me to work.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission I am uncomfortable with or do not think I can execute well.I reserve the right to decline/cancel a commission due to abusive or unacceptable client behaviour.Commissions, especially complex illustrations, may take several weeks to complete. Inform me if you have a tighter deadline.You will be offered updates throughout the process - at minimum after the final sketch, after lineart and after rendering in order to make any adjustments or suggest edits.In case of consultation & research, I require DM contact with the client in order to provide examples and suggestions. This is ideally done through Discord.You may use your commissions non-commercially as you please, as long as you credit me. Please do not remove my signature; do not use my work commercially without my prior agreement.I may use your commission non-commercially for portfolio & art display purposes. Please inform me if you do not wish for your commission to be published on my social media and portfolio.
